•I booked 3 rooms me and my family, two of the rooms was upgraded for us. •the Staff was extremely friendly and supportive. •Location is perfect, easy to reach most attractions by walk. • Rooms are big enough compared to most of the hotels in London. • I liked the housekeeping service, water fresh towel are always provided to me without even asking • Gym was excellent with different facilities • I’ve been given a free late check out tell 2 pm ( Thanks to Epoorva ). overall we enjoyed our stay and I think to visit the same hotel whenever we visit London. 👍🏻

The hotel is in an excellent location, within 15-25 minutes walking distance to many (historical) sights, major museums, top restaurants. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant is outstanding in the morning with Pauline's excellent performance. The breakfast is plentiful and the selection is of good quality. The room was clean, bright, and quiet. The bar had a wide choice of drinks and the music was of a high standard but sometimes too loud.

The hotel foyer and bar were beautiful and so clean. Staff were very friendly and we had a lovely room. I was visiting for my partners birthday and they gave us a free drink in the bar, chocolates and a bottle of sparkling wine in the room which truely made our visit special. We also had room service for breakfast the following morning which was pricey but delicious. The value for money was excellent and I would definitely stay again.

A distinguished hotel in all aspects perfect location Distinguished and helpful staff,Cleanliness and breakfast, Room capacity. All thanks to the employee at the reception (karolina ,simona,ketevana ) Their service was very special and very flexible, trying as much as possible to provide the best amenities for the guests And they have great tact.

Also check in and check out process was fast and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket just in front of the hotel. I would stay again in the same hotel.
