I like that the hotel has security guards outside of the hotel it make me feel safe with my family, the staff are very nice and professional

-The location is amazing, that was the reason I chose this hotel. -I was also lucky with the room, it wasn’t big, but it was bright which is really rare in London.

We ate our breakfasts outside. The room was much larger and better equipped than we had expected (we were upgraded unexpectedly, and received two drinks vouchers. Bed extremely comfortable. Location very convenient, even if every place around is rather pricey! We loved the golden pig in our corridor and always rubbed his bottom for good luck when we passed!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely wonderful, and everyone at reception was extremely polite and helpful. I requested a late check-out, and they immediately accommodated my request. The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to everything on foot. From the moment you step into the hotel, there’s a delightful, fresh fragrance that can be noticed on every floor. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff were very attentive. The breakfast was excellent, and everything was just perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and high-quality experience. It’s the right place to stay, and I’m so grateful for the lovely weekend we had. Thank you so much!

I stayed here with my husband as we had a 50th birthday celebration for him near by. The staff were wonderful and went above & beyond to make my husband feel celebrated on his 50th birthday. The location is perfect, the room was very spacious & clean. We tried the bar & had a couples massage at the spa, both experiences exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was also good with many options to select from, again very polite and lovely staff there. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommend. Thanks again for making our stay special.
